Refunds are available only for unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom blends (created by mixing two or more fragrances) are not eligible for return.
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable.
