Return Policy
If order misplaced or discrepancies occurred, You can report to us within 1 week of delivery. Items should be returned in the same condition as delivered.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return for a refund (excluding the shipping charges) unless and until the items are unused.
If there is any defect in the product while delivery then it may be returned to us for a refund.
Contact us on info@jasperfumes.in before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to refund.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNING FRAGRANCES:
Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as used or opened fragrances CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL PERFUMES IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED.

We may not always have an exact photo of products and may have shown a sample picture to indicate a line of products. Never order based on the picture shown, actual product may vary in size, an only order based on the description.
Special Offers, Coupon, Voucher orders cannot be exchanged and cannot be refunded. Due to various cost factors and operational activities involved, we could not apply the return policy for such orders.
